Mr. Sarich is the co-founder and co-owner of the The Kenmore Group, LLC, and has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. Before founding TKG, Mr. Sarich was the portfolio manager of the North American commercial real estate funds of ICM Realty Group, a real estate investment firm in Munich, Germany. Before ICM, Mr. Sarich was a financial analyst at Sitex Realty Group, a real estate investment firm focused on industrial properties in Chicago, New York, and New Jersey. Prior to Sitex, Mr. Sarich spent eight years as the property and portfolio manager for Sarich Properties, a multi-family property management firm in Chicago, Illinois.

Mr. Sarich earned his MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management with majors in Real Estate Management and International Business.  He has a BA in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Mr. Sarich holds an Illinois Managing Broker’s License, has lived and worked internationally and is tri-lingual.  His professional strengths include the financial modeling and underwriting of commercial real estate investments, portfolio management, project management, team leadership, research, and strong interpersonal skills.

ERIKA SARICH - OWNER

Director of Property Management

Erika Sarich is co-founder and co-owner of The Kenmore Group, LLC, and is director of property management and leasing. Her responsibilities include managing the property management team, overseeing capital improvement projects, managing tenant relations, financial reporting, property management reporting and directing company activities. She also participates in business development, marketing strategies and legal consultations. Prior to founding The Kenmore Group, LLC, she served as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Will County, Illinois for five years. While she was in law school, she worked as a clerk for the City of Chicago’s Law Department, Building and Land Use Litigation Division, prosecuting building code violations in Chicago.

Ms. Sarich is a licensed Illinois attorney and real estate broker. She earned her law degree at DePaul University College of Law and her BA in Political Science at The University of Illinois at Chicago. Her professional strengths include leasing, market research, interior design, team leadership, and strong interpersonal and human relations skills.
